Port Authority Announces Shortlist of Teams for AirTrain LaGuardia Project

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on Wednesday announced a short list of four teams in the LaGuardia AirTrain procurement. The announcement comes three weeks after the LaGuardia project received its final federal environmental approval and a few days after federal regulators signed off on an AirTrain project at Newark Liberty International Airport. 
 

The shortlisted teams are: 

  • LGA AirTrain Partners 
    (Skanska USA Civil Northeast, Skanska USA Building, Halmar International, HNTB New York Engineering and Architecture and Alstom Transportation) 
  • LGA Xpress Partner 
    (Dragados USA, OHL USA, AECOM Tishman, AECOM USA, ACS Infrastructure Development, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America) 
  • The LaGuardia Connectors 
    (Yonkers Contracting Company, The Lane Construction Corporation, Stantec Consulting Services and BYD Transit Solutions) 
  • Tutor Perini/O&G JV 
    (Tutor Perini Corporation, O&G Industries, Parsons Transportation Group of New York and DCCCA1 (Doppelmayr)) 

Bids from the shortlisted teams are due by April 2022, with final selection following next summer.
