Populous Doubles Office Space in West Chelsea 

Populous, a global design firm, is expanding its lease at The Starrett-Lehigh Building in West Chelsea. The additional space will more than double its New York City offices and will span 10,158 square feet on the 14th floor of the building.  

Populous originally leased space at Starrett-Lehigh in 2019 and has now chosen to expand due to its growth trajectory and the need to accommodate more team members. The new space will include workstations, social workspaces, conference rooms, and private offices.  

Populous is known for designing sports and entertainment destinations worldwide, including Yankee Stadium and Wembley Stadium.
