Popbar to Have Texas Debut at Baybrook Mall
New York City-based Popbar entered Texas, opening its first location at the 1.2-million-square-foot Baybrook Mall in Friendswood TX, a suburb of Houston. The maker of customizable popGelato, popSorbetto and yogurtPops will host a grand opening on Nov. 18, 2017.
Popbar, launched in 2010, currently has 13 stores in the United States, and 12 stores internationally. Eight additional stores are under construction, with Popbar Houston the fourth to open in 2017. More stores are planned for Austin, Fort Worth, Pearland and Richardson, TX.
Popbar serves hand-made gelato, sorbetto and yogurt on a stick, in a variety of flavors. Customers can enjoy the pre-made pops or have one customized.
