POP Displays Moves Offices to George Comfort’s Kingsbrook

George Comfort & Sons has arranged a 25,523-square-foot lease with POP Displays at Kingsbrook, its newly-renovated, six-building office complex in Rye Brook, NY.

The tenant, which designs custom merchandising for clients including L’Oreal, Maybelline, CVS and Walmart, will relocate its executive offices from 555 Tuckahoe Rd. in Yonkers in the second quarter of 2019.

“Through the capital improvements and thoughtful enhancements we’ve made since acquiring last year, Kingsbrook has been established as a premier office destination,” said George Comfort CEO Peter Duncan. “With four million square feet in our Westchester and Fairfield portfolio, we are optimistic about the future of these submarkets.”

POP Displays was represented in the transaction by Colliers International’s Al Gutierrez, who is now with JLL, and by Jeff Shepard of California-based Hughes Marino. George Comfort & Sons was represented in-house by Duncan and Dana Pike.
