Polsinellis Market Commercial Co-op in Booming Flatiron District

Compass’ Adelaide Polsinelli and Trystan Polsinelli been hired to sell a full floor, 8,500-square-foot commercial co-op at 85 Fifth Ave. in the Flatiron District. Formerly the headquarters and showroom of Blackman Plumbing Supply, the space will be delivered vacant and ready for immediate occupancy.

Originally built in 1901, 85 Fifth was renovated into loft offices in 2009. It’s currently the home of Ark Restaurants and Doctors.com.

“The Flatiron District has benefitted from the explosion of the city’s tech, medical, media and creative services sectors in recent years, attracting the likes of Facebook, Buzzfeed, and Compass, as well as such tech giants as IBM, while also seeing the expansion of medical facilities such as Mount Sinai Beth Israel and NYC Hospital for Joint Diseases,” said Trystan Polsinelli.

Adelaide Polsinelli added that the neighborhood will become “the center of gravity for the medical and tech communities. 85 Fifth is at the intersection of this evolution.”
