Pollock Orora Cleans Out Space at Seton Lake Logistics Center
Pollock Orora recently leased 255,704 square feet of industrial space at Seton Lake Logistics Center at 14611 Tomball Pkwy. in Houston. This lease represents all the space in the logistics center.
Seton Lake Logistics Center is a tilt-wall office/warehouse building on 16.8 acres. Designed by Powers Brown Architecture, Seton Lake Logistics Center will have a similar look and feel as Houston’s Fallbrook Pines Business park.
Located on Highway 249 less than a mile from the intersection with Beltway 8, the center is in Houston’s Northwest industrial submarket. The Northwest submarket is the largest and most diverse industrial submarket in the region. Groundbreaking is anticipated for second quarter 2022.
