Pollack Shores to Develop Active Adult Community in Ponte Vedra

Pollack Shores Real Estate Group unveiled plans to develop Olea at Nocatee, a 175-unit active adult apartment community in Ponte Vedra Beach. Construction is expected to start this month.

Located within the master-planned community of Nocatee, the property is approximately 20 miles south of Jacksonville. The Nocatee community is being developed by The PARC Group and will include restaurants, golf courses, hospitals, schools and shopping. Olea at Nocatee will consist of one, two, and three-bedroom units ranging from 625 to 1,535 square feet.

The community is the second project launched under Pollack Shores’ new, age-targeted Olea brand. First move-ins are scheduled for July of 2020.
