Pollack Shores to Develop 110 Build-for-Rent Townhomes on Beltline

Pollack Shores Real Estate Group has announced plans to develop 110 build-to-rent townhomes on the Atlanta Beltline’s Southside Trail.

The group will build the project at 72 Milton Ave. on the Southside Trail, which runs through neighborhoods that include Pittsburgh, Peoplestown, Grant Park and Chosewood Park. The townhomes will consist of two and three-bedrooms with a garage. Rent is expected to be anywhere from $2,200 to $2,900 per month. In total, the project will feature 325 apartments, 110 build-to-rent townhomes and a number of social spaces including a shaded pavilion and greenspace overlooking D.H. Stanton Park.

“We see great potential in the build-to-rent single-family home category, and expect these townhomes to appeal to a wide range of renters, including older millennials who need more space and want to remain in town, as well as baby boomers who are downsizing and opting for urban lifestyles,” said Brian Oates, managing director of development at Pollack Shores.
