Pollack Shores Acquires Site for 240-Unit MF Development
Pollack Shores Real Estate Group made a deal with Safebuy Properties LLC to nab 2.5 acres at 4302 Ross Ave. on Dallas’ east side. The Atlanta-based buyer is planning to develop a 240-unit multifamily property on the site, it’s first in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Transwestern’s Steve Williamson and Ben Coffee negotiated the land deal between buyer and seller. The site was once home to Sin Fronteras Auto Sales, an automotive center.
Development on the unnamed project is expected to begin soon. Completion is scheduled for early 2021. In addition to studio units and one and two-bedroom layouts, the property will offer a top-floor sky-lounge, on-site dog park, resort-style pool and fitness center.
