A construction loan was recently arranged for the development of Polaris Wadsworth Station Apartments, a 276-unit to-be-built garden-style multifamily community in the Denver-area community of Broomfield, CO. The property has an anticipated completion date of January 2023.
Polaris Wadsworth Station Apartments will comprise one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 869 square feet. Apartments will have in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets, smart unit package and balconies/patios.
Polaris Wadsworth Station is situated adjacent to the Denver Boulder Turnpike on the southeast corner of Wadsworth Boulevard and West 116th Avenue. Residents of Polaris Wadsworth Station are minutes from 7 million square feet of retail, dining and entertainment options.
JLL represented the developer, Mountain View Capital, in arranging the $50 million five-year floating-rate loan with a national bank. The JLL team representing the developer was led by senior director Kristian Lichtenfels.
Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM.
In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
