Pokebab Pays $375-per-SF to Move to the Upper West Side
Pokebab, a fast casual restaurant specializing in poké bowls, burritos and salads, has leased a 952-square-foot space at 2047 Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The asking rent was $375 per square foot.
“Poké is one of the hottest food trends right now, and the new Pokebab location will be a well-needed addition, further adding variety in food offerings. There’s no poké around here, they’ll do great,” said Brad Schwarz with Lee & Associates NYC, which represented the landlord, HOWJO Associates for the 10-year lease. Jin Choi of PD Properties represented Pokebab.
It will be the Williamsburg-based Pokebab’s second restaurant. Move-in is scheduled for February 1.
