PointOne Holdings, Brand Properties to Develop 312-Unit MF Property in Lawrenceville

South Florida-based real estate firm PointOne Holdings has partnered with Atlanta’s Brand Properties to develop Plainview Sugarloaf, a 312-unit multifamily community in Lawrenceville, GA.

Located on more than 14 acres, the community will consist of five buildings plus a clubhouse. The property is adjacent to the Sugarloaf Mills Mall. The community will include a resort-style saltwater pool with an expansive pool deck featuring pergolas and grilling areas, a fully-equipped fitness facility, a co-working/business center and dog park with dog wash facility. The joint venture recently closed the acquisition and financing for the project and construction will soon be underway, with first units delivering in Q2 2022.

“We are pleased to announce our second JV partnership with Brand Properties to develop Plainview Sugarloaf in the thriving Gwinnett County submarket,” said Leo Peicher, managing partner at PointOne Holdings. “With all of the momentum in Atlanta, and around this submarket, we are very confident that this will be another great investment to our family of investors.”
