PointOne Holdings Announces Completion of 266-Unit Apartment Project in Fort Worth

Development and investment firm PointOne Holdings has announced the completion of Main Street Lofts, a 266-unit apartment complex in the Fort Worth suburb of Mansfield.

Located on an eight-acre site, the property is comprised of four midrise buildings with a suite of amenities that includes a pool with a game lawn, fire pit and lounge, as well as a rooftop lounge with shuffleboard, a fitness center with yoga and spin studios, dog park, conference rooms, biking trails and resident lounges with TVs. The community is within a short walk of the recently revitalized Mansfield downtown which features new restaurants, bars and a major renovation of the historic Farr Best Theatre.

The Mansfield suburb is experiencing significant growth, driven primarily by its employment opportunities, top rated school system, proximity to major medical and healthcare centers, and convenient access to Dallas, Fort Worth and DFW International Airport.
