Podolsky Circle Grows Team, Adding Michael Lupo

Podolsky Circle CORFAC International’s team has added Michael Lupo, who has joined the firm as an associate broker. Bringing five years of experience to his new role, Lupo specializes in office, medical office and retail brokerage for both landlords and tenants.

Before joining Podolsky Circle, Lupo served as a commercial property manager, broker and client liaison at Waveland Property Group, primarily serving owners of medical office, office and retail properties.

Lupo has served an array of clients including, private, institutional and REIT investors. His diverse background has allowed him to build a strong network of relationships while honing his skills in commercial brokerage, according to Podolsky Circle.

“I couldn’t be happier to be joining Podolsky Circle’s brokerage team,” Lupo said. “My belief that client satisfaction stems from tailored service, hard work, innovative strategy and dedication to each client’s individual goals is in line with Podolsky Circle’s standard of excellence.”
