Poag Development Plans $5M in Renovations for Michigan Cinema

Poag Development Group (Poag), and Studio C, a local owner and operator of entertainment destinations, have announced a series of renovations coming soon to Celebration Cinema at RiverTown Crossings in Grandville, Michigan.

“On the heels of our more than $1.3 million investment in improvements at RiverTown Crossings, we are proud to share the looming renovation of our movie theatre in partnership with Studio C,” said Josh Poag, CEO of Poag Development Group.

More than $5 million will be re-invested to renovate the Celebration Cinema at RiverTown Crossings, which will lead to several new amenities, including luxury heated recliners, a new facade, a C PREMIUM auditorium featuring Dolby Atmos sound and 4K laser projection, and a significant expansion to food and beverage operations.

Renovations for the C PREMIUM auditorium are expected to be completed in May, and the other auditoriums and the full transition to recliner seating are expected to be completed this summer.
