PMRG Readies to Develop Hidden Springs

PMRG acquired land in McKinney, TX in preparation to develop Hidden Springs, a 215,000-square-foot, 200-unit senior living complex. The project, which will go north at a $40 million price tag, will include 132 units of independent living, 40 assisted living units, and 28 units dedicated to memory care. The center at Stacy and Ridge Roads, just north of the Sam Rayburn Tollway, is scheduled to open in July 2019.

The project will offer a variety of active senior living amenities and services, as well as an on-property wellness program. The program will be led by 12 physicians who specialize in various disciplines and who are located in the immediate area.
