PMRG Moving Ahead on 3300 Main Development

A year and a half after acquiring 1.2 acres on 3300 Main in Houston, PM Realty Group filed a site development plan and foundation permit with the city to develop a mixed-use property. The site formerly housed the city’s code enforcement offices. The operations were relocated, and the building demolished. The Houston-headquartered PMRG is joining forces with AECOM Capital on the 336-unit Midtown high-rise. A ground-breaking date has not been announced.

Meanwhile, PMRG also announced its plans to merge with Madison Marquette in Washington, DC. Leadership of both firms will remain, and the combined company will stay in its D.C. and Houston locations. The deal is expected to close by late June 2018.

The Connect Apartments conference will take place June 26. For more information, or to register, log on here.
