PMB, Santa Clara Valley Healthcare Partner on MOB

Healthcare real estate developer PMB and Santa Clara Valley Healthcare broke ground on a 10-story, 230,000-square-foot medical office building in San Jose. The future Valley Health Center (VHC) San Jose will be the 10th VHC serving Santa Clara County and will be located at the VTA Bascom Station light rail stop along Southwest Expressway, within walking distance for more than 11,000 households and within a 10-minute drive for more than 90,000 people.

PMB and equity partner Harrison Street acquired the office component of VTA’s Bascom Station, a mixed-use office and residential master plan, in June 2022.  Both projects are currently under construction.

“PMB is grateful to join Santa Clara Valley Healthcare in developing the next generation of medical facilities through this Public-Private Partnership,” said Ben Rosenfeld, SVP of Development.

With LEED Silver certification being targeted, construction on VHC San Jose is expected to wrap in late 2025.
