PMB Capital Unveils Plans for $250M Project, The Station

PMB Capital and the city of Sachse, TX unveiled plans for The Station, a $250 million, 119-acre mixed-use project that will consist of multifamily and single-family residences, along with restaurant, retail, office and entertainment space. The development will be situated on President George Turnpike (SH 190), between Miles and Merritt Roads, in the far northeast sector of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

PMB Capital purchased the land in October 2018, with CBRE’s Marty Neilon representing the seller. PMB Capital is working with Kimley-Horn, Gateway Planning and TBG Partners on the engineering, land planning and landscape architecture for The Station.

In addition to major infrastructure investments, the project will include approximately 400,000 square feet of commercial and retail, more than 600 apartment units and more than 250 single-family homes. The Station is scheduled to open in early 2020.
