PM Hotel Group to Operate the Under-Construction TownePlace Suites by Marriott

PM Hotel Group has been tapped by Scenic Capital Advisors to operate TownePlace Suites by Marriott on Austin’s south side. The hotel, which is under construction, will be PM Hotel Group’s first TownePlace by Marriott property.

The 103-key hotel, situated off Interstate 35 and approximately six miles south of Austin, is scheduled to open in October. The property will offer spacious suites, complimentary breakfasts and loyalty reward programs.

“The south Austin corridor is growing rapidly, and we are excited to bring a new extended-stay Marriott product to a location that is conveniently located to all that Austin has to offer,” said Scenic Capital’s Thomas Chen. “Expanding our partnership with PM Hotel Group has been tremendously rewarding, and we eagerly anticipate future opportunities.”
