An 18-unit multi-family portfolio, consisting of four buildings located at 18-22 Forest Ave Court and 40 Bourne Street in Plymouth, MA., was sold for $4.64 million.  

The portfolio featured a total of 18,240 square feet, offering a mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units. The Forest Ave Court buildings were positioned side by side at the end of a cul-de-sac, while the property on 40 Bourne Street comprised six 2-story townhomes with scenic views of the reservoir and hiking trails. The properties were fully leased.  

Caroline Ligotti, Linda Redeker and Emily McGranaghan of Boston City Group, Inc. at Coldwell Banker Commercial worked with the Seller and procured the Buyer.
