Plover Capital Secures Veterinary Office, Retail Building in Boston Metro
SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed two Boston area commercial acquisitions on behalf of Plover Capital, LLC, for a combined $4.6 million.
Marci Alvarado of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston represented Plover Capital, LLC, in the purchase of both properties.
The first transaction was the sale of 176 River Road in Andover, MA for $2.2 million. Fortis Net Real Estate represented the seller, Ruffian, LLC. The 6,160-square-foot building is on 1.57 acres and was custom built for a single tenant. It is leased in its entirety to Community Vet Partners, which has a long-term lease in place.
The second transaction was the sale of 138 South Broadway in Lawrence, MA for $2.4 million. Thomas Carroll of RE/Max Partners represented the seller, SCLR Realty, LLC. The building is a 10,200 square foot single-story retail building on .62 acres and occupied by a single tenant, Dollar Tree, which has a long-term lease commitment in place.
