Plaza at Willow Springs Offers 18K-SF Floorplates

Leasing and marketing is underway for The Plaza at Willow Springs. The three-story, 54,000-square-foot class-A office development is located at 12600 Willow Springs Rd. in Fort Worth on the western front of the Alliance submarket.

The Plaza at Willow Springs has 18,000-square-foot floorplates with customizable office suites and on-site executive offices. The office asset is slated to deliver in 2022, and will offer space ranging from 1,200 to 44,000 square feet for lease.

Stream Realty Partners has been engaged to represent Willow Springs Diamond Club Building LLC. Stream office brokers Cullen Donohue and Vic Meyer are spearheading the building’s leasing effort.
