Platinum Storage Group Buys 650-Unit Storage Facility in Knoxville

Platinum Storage Group has purchased a 650-unit, recently completed self-storage facility located at 145 Hillview Avenue in Knoxville, TN.

Steve Mellon, Brian Somoza, Matthew Wheeler and Adam Roossien of JLL represented seller MV Investment, which focuses on the development of climate controlled self-storage and luxury multifamily communities in the Midwest and Southeast.

The facility operates under the Storelocal Storage brand, is 100% climate-controlled and isthe only new-vintage storage option in the immediate area. The three-story property features 24-hour surveillance cameras, individual unit locks, keypad entry and on-site management.

Platinum Storage Group is a fully integrated commercial real estate investment and management companies with a specialty in self-storage assets.
