Platform Ventures Opens Diversified Housing REIT

Kansas City-based Platform Ventures launched Platform Ventures Diversified Housing REIT. The entity intends to invest in a diverse portfolio of stabilized and income-oriented multi-tenant rental housing properties in the U.S.

The offering will have a primary focus on multifamily apartments, student housing, and senior living facilities. The initial offering size is $50,000,000, and the offering is available to accredited and non-accredited investors with a minimum investment requirement of $25,000.

The REIT has identified two seed assets that will be a part of its portfolio, including the 200-unit Domain at City Center located in Lenexa, KS, and the 64-unit Orchard Corners apartments in Lawrence, KS.
