Plans Unveiled for Wrigleyville’s Hotel Zachary

Developer Hickory Street Capital has revealed its plans for the seven-story, 238,000-square-foot, mixed-use Hotel Zachary. The development will be at Clark and Addison Streets in Chicago’s Wrigleyville neighborhood, adjacent to Wrigley Field. The property is scheduled for an early 2018 opening.

The 175-room hotel component will be part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and is also in collaboration with Davidson Hotels & Resorts, VOA Associates, Walsh Construction and Wintrust Bank. In fact, Wintrust Bank and a McDonald’s restaurant will take space at Hotel Zachary, as well. Hickory Street Capital is also partnering with One Off Hospitality, 4 Star Restaurant Group, Folkart Restaurant Management and West Town Bakery for additional restaurants.
