Plans Unveiled for La Porte’s first MPC

Beazer Homes and Taylor Morrison are joining forces to develop Morgan’s Landing, the first master-planned community unveiled in La Porte, TX. The development calls for 642 home sites, available on 45-, 50- and 60-foot sites, with prices starting in the low $200,000s.

Situated near State Highways 225 and 146 on the Houston metro’s far southeast side, Morgan’s Landing will also offer more than seven acres of recreational facilities, including a swimming pool with cabanas and a splash pad, lakeside walking trails and playgrounds. Some waterfront home sites are available. In addition, the development will be near La Porte’s Sea Breeze Park and Sylvan Beach Park. Students will be served by the La Porte Independent School District.
