Plans Unveiled for 568K-SF Hewlett Packard Campus

Construction will begin on Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s 568,000-square-foot campus in Q4 2019. The project will be situated in the Houston area’s mixed-use CityPlace at Springwoods Village.

The HPE project will consist of two buildings at East Mossy Oaks Road and Lake Plaza Drive in Spring, TX. Plans could also include a fitness center, café and open courtyard space. Ronnie Deyo and Beau Bellow of JLL represented the tenant. Chrissy Wilson and Russell Hodges, also with JLL, worked with Dennis Tarro of the Patrinely Group, one of the developers, to represent the landlord.

HPE will be the fourth corporation with a campus in the 60-acre, mixed-use development. The other three existing or announced campuses are for Southwestern Energy Inc., American Bureau of Shipping and HP Inc. USAA Real Estate and CDC Houston are partners with Patrinely Group on the development.
