Plans Unveiled for $150M Omni Makeover

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin is gearing up to launch its $150 million renovation in mid-November 2017. The Beck Group design firm will handle the renovation for the asset on 8212 Barton Club Dr. in West Austin, with a targeted completion date of mid-2019.

The main feature will focus on adding a second hotel tower, which will boost the current guest room and suite count of 493 by 180 guest rooms and suites. Also being added are six new dining outlets, a new Mokara Spa, an expanded pool scape and a new golf clubhouse and lobby. Additionally, the current tennis facility will be replaced with a championship-caliber tennis center, adjacent to the Barton Creek Country Club.
