Worth & Associates is preparing to develop RidgeWood Orthopaedic Center, a 97,000-square-foot medical building in San Antonio’s Stone Oak neighborhood. The proposed three-story building will be home to TSAOG Orthopaedics, and part of the larger RidgeWood Park campus at 19138 N. U.S. 281. The building will be the first medical development on the more than 100-acre campus.

TSAOG (formerly The San Antonio Orthopaedic Group) will lease 100% of the facility, which could open as early as Q3 2020. Approximately 40% of the space will consist of an ambulatory surgery center, with the balance containing TSAOG’s clinical space, medical conference facilities, biologics center, and the new Burkhard Research Institute for Orthopaedics. Once complete, the facility will replace TSAOG’s current space at 150 E. Sonterra Blvd. in the Stone Oak location.
