Plans Unveiled for 415K-SF Granite Park Six

Granite Properties unveiled plans for Granite Park Six. The 415,000-square-foot speculative office building will be the tallest in the 90-acre Granite Park mixed-use development, located in Plano, TX. The developer is completing construction drawings, and groundbreaking could begin as early as Q1 2020.

Amenities for the building will include common areas, a market café, customer lounge with coffee service, a bar and a golf simulator. The building will also include a lecture hall, three conference rooms, a fully-staffed fitness center and fifth-floor amenity deck.

BOKA Powell is the architect for Granite Park Six, with HKS Architects overseeing the interior design. Balfour Beatty is the general contractor, and Robert Jimenez, Aarica Mims and Burson Holman make up Granite’s leasing team.

Granite Park is at SH 121 and Dallas North Tollway. The campus has two million square feet of office buildings, a 299-room Hilton Hotel and 150,000 square feet of retail space.
