Plans Unveiled for 297-Acre Princeton Crossroads

One of the largest mixed-use projects is on tap for Collin County in North Texas. Master developer IC-SB Princeton Land Partners is spearheading the 297-acre Princeton Crossroads, which will have a retail center, multifamily property, 333 single-family homes, 166 townhomes and a city park, all anchored by a 40,000-square-foot, new city hall for Princeton, TX. The city hall groundbreaking is scheduled for the end of October.

Brown Group is developing Fireside Square, the retail component, with Weitzman handling leasing. LGI Homes is building the 88-acre, single-family residential component, while an unnamed Dallas developer has oversight of the townhomes. Range Realty Advisors is marketing the entire project, located at U.S. 380 and Boorman Lane.
