Plans Revealed for 24-story, $100M Condo Dev in Fort Worth

Houston-based Zamco Properties LLC plans to develop The Worth, a 24-story, luxury residential condominium tower with 115 magnificent homes in Fort Worth. The $100-million development will offer high-rise living with sweeping panoramic views of downtown Fort Worth, the Museum District, Trinity River and Panther Island.

Situated on a full city block, the site faces N. Henderson street and is bounded by W. Bluff, Mills and W. Peach streets. The high-rise development is in the schematic design stage at Dallas-based GDA Architects.

Designed to reflect a true transitional style that blends classic and contemporary, the project features walls of glass and generous balconies. Amenities will include valet parking, concierge services, owners’ lounges, fitness center and a luxurious amenity deck offering a saltwater pool, cabanas, outdoor kitchen, fireplace and a spa.

“Simply put, there’s nothing like The Worth in Fort Worth,” says Al Coker & Associates’ Al Coker, who is handling sales.
