Plans in Play for Park Place Tower

Stonelake Capital Partners announced it would begin construction in early 2019 on Park Place Tower, a 15-story, 200,000-square-foot office building near Houston’s River Oaks District. The building marks the third phase of Park Place River Oaks, a mixed-use development that includes The James and The Ivy, two residential complexes.

The Austin-based developer is negotiating with two tenants to occupy space in the building, which will be situated at Westheimer Road and Mid Lane. The building, which will also offer ground-floor retail, is expected to deliver in spring 2020, Stonelake’s William Peeples told the Houston Business Journal.

Brad Beasley and Connor Saxe with Colvill Office Properties are handling the office leasing, and Harvey Builders is the general contractor. Beck Architecture designed the building.
