Plans are Afoot for Trademark’s Leasing of Great Hills Market and Station

Marking the Fort Worth-based company’s first projects in Texas’ capital city, Trademark Property Company will soon plant its flag here for a new leasing assignment. Trademark plans to use its expertise to lease, manage and add value to the Great Hills Market and Great Hills Station.

“Great Hills Market and Great Hills Station have been community staples over the years,” says Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark. “We are excited to work with the tenants and surrounding community to help these projects remain relevant and evolve in this ever-changing retail environment.”

Great Hills Market and Great Hills Station are located on opposite sides of U.S. Highway 183 at the intersection of Great Hills Trail. Great Hills Market is comprised of 154,069 square feet with 19 retail and restaurant tenants including Modern Market, Petco, TJ Maxx and Regal Cinemas. Great Hills Station comprises 128,377 square feet with 17 tenants such as Sprouts, Vitamin Shoppe and Michael’s.

“Entering the Austin market has been a strategic focus for Trademark for quite some time,” said Corby McWilliams, Trademark’s chief operating officer. “I was born and raised in Austin and spent most of my career here, so I am confident Trademark’s expertise in mixed-use development will be a great fit with the area’s growth opportunities.”
