Plans Announced for $750M Atlanta Beltline MXU Project

New City LLC has announced plans for a $750 million mixed-use project on the Atlanta Beltline’s Eastside Trail. New City is the same developer behind 725 Ponce, a mixed-use project on the Beltline that recently secured a 132,000-square-foot lease with global asset manager BlackRock.

Located at 760 Ralph McGill Blvd., the 12-acre site is a former Georgia Power operations center. Plans for the project include 475,000 square feet of office space, a 350-unit multifamily building, and a below-grade parking deck as well as a hotel and retail space.

The project also secured a $22.5 million reduction in property taxes from Invest Atlanta’s finance committee Nov. 18, and will go before Invest Atlanta’s full board of directors Nov. 21.
