Plans Announced for $400M MXU Project in Stockbridge

Atlanta-based real estate firm Jodeco 158 has announced plans for Bridges at Jodeco, a $400-million, master-planned, mixed-use development in Stockbridge.

The 158-acre development calls for 300 apartment units, 90 single-family attached townhomes, and 176 single-family detached homes which may include senior living units. Additionally, 65 acres of the project are slated for retail, dining and entertainment options. The development team is also seeking a brand hotel, fitness facility, a theater, self-care studios and other trending service providers. The project will also include up to 20 acres of green space.

Construction of Phase 1, the residences, will begin Q4 2019 and is scheduled to be open by fall 2020.

“This is a very exciting time for the city of Stockbridge,” said Stockbridge Mayor Anthony S. Ford. “The new development will be the start of something very memorable and unique. The city of Stockbridge and the surrounding area will have the opportunity to stand out with a progressive mixed-use project. The future is bright, and we just can’t wait.”
