Plans Announced for 80K-SF, $16M Pearl Ridge in Tulsa

Noria Corp. Inc. unveiled plans for Pearl Ridge, a mixed-use, 80,000-square-foot development to go north in Tulsa OK’s Pearl District. The developer, a long-time Tulsa-based business, is planning to build the project in two phases; the first phase, Pearl Ridge South, should deliver in early 2022.

At that time, Noria will relocate from its current office at 1328 E. 43rd Ct. to the four-story, 40,000-square-foot structure at East 10th Street and Peoria Avenue, with the remainder to be leased to other interested tenants. Pearl Ridge North will represent the second phase. The combined 20,000-square-foot of retail on the ground floors of both buildings will be dubbed The Shops at Pearl Ridge.

CJC Architects Inc. is the project architect. Bart Boatright and Red Dog Construction of Jenks are the general contractors. CBRE’s Leslie Kirkpatrick Cornell is handling office leasing, while Fox+Allen Realty’s Patrick Fox will oversee retail and restaurant leasing.
