Plano's 18-story Granite 6 open for business

Plano’s Granite 6 Opens for Business

Granite Properties and Highwoods Properties, a publicly traded real estate investment trust (“REIT”), opened Granite Park 6. The 19-story, 422,109-square-foot Class-AA office is located at 5525 Granite Parkway in Plano. It is the seventh office development in Granite Park, Granite’s 90-acre mixed-use development.

Granite Park 6 is designed by BOKA Powell with interiors by HKS Architects. General contractor Austin Commercial started construction on Granite Park 6 in December 2021, topping out in October 2022 and delivering the building on schedule.  Among the amenities at Granite Park 6 are a six-story parking garage with EV charging stations, a market cafe, a 150-seat lecture hall, and a fitness center

Granite Park 6 is the tallest building in Granite Park and the tallest multi-customer office tower north of Interstate 635. Once completed, the Ryan Tower will be the towns largest, at 23 stories.
