The Plano senior living center project will be located on the former site of Haggard Farms. Forefront Living will run the facility which will include 153 independent-living apartment homes, 30 independent-living cottage homes and 56 unit building for assisted living and memory care.

The Outlook at Windhaven will be built on 18 acres in a bucolic setting. The project is designed by the firm Three. Principal Carl Ede says they wanted to create a peaceful place, “The design takes inspiration from the beautiful, existing grove of trees along a small creek on the farmland where we’re building.”

The Outlook at Windhaven is expected to open its doors in 2024.
