Plano Legacy West Tower Tops Out
The milestone basically means Ryan Tower has completed the structural work on the building. After breaking ground in June 2022, Ryan Companies US, expects to complete the project within a year. The 23-story multi-tenant Class AA office tower is located at Legacy West in Plano.
Ryan LLC, a global tax services and software provider, will be the anchor tenant, occupying 50% of the 409,000-square-foot tower. Serving as the tax firm’s new world headquarters, Ryan Tower is located at the center of where many of its team members live and will complement its hybrid work environment.
The tower will feature a variety of amenities including a fitness center, conference center, tenant lounge, barista-style coffee bar and a café. Outdoor amenities include a pickleball court, an outdoor terrace, and a balcony on the 15th floor.
Ryan Companies is the developer, design-builder and equity partner for Ryan Tower. Construction financing for the project is being provided by ACORE Capital. Gensler is the architect and has designed the tower.
