Plano Greenlights 390-Unit Multifamily/Pickleball Project

It’s in the name. The Railside Lofts and Courts. Feeling a little stressed in your apartment, relieve it at one of the six pickleball courts the developers plan to install at the 390-unit project. Oh, and when you’re done playing you can get a bite to eat at the on-site restaurant. A partnership between Metropolitan Interests, Hines and restauranteur Bouldin Acres expects to get started in a little over a year.

The project will be located at the corner of 13th Street and Municipal Avenue near the future site of the Silver Line’s 12th Street Station.

The apartment building will be five stories tall and include a proposed dog park and a five-story parking garage.
