
Plano Center to Get $30 Million Facelift
The Preston Park Village shopping center is in the midst of a major makeover. Brixmor Property Group’s Maria Pace provides more, “These tenants are part of a $30 million reinvestment. The project will include facade renovations across the entire center with clean, contemporary finishes. The work should begin later this summer and will be executed in phases.” Completion is expected by the end of 2024.
Other improvements include an expansion of the Katy Trail Outpost, work on pedestrian paths and adding landscaping.
A number of new retailers are coming to the center. Petco and HomeGoods will added to the list. A Snooze breakfast restaurant will also me moving in. The 270,000 square foot center currently has a Gap and White House Black Market.
