Leander

Planning Underway on 400K-SF Leander Mixed-Use Venture

ARS Developers is planning a 21-acre development in Leander that would include retail, hotel, event space and more. 

The Gathering Place could open in the first quarter of 2028. The 400,000-square-foot project will be located at 2773 Hero Way, off of Highway 183-A and about two miles from H-E-B Plus and other retail. 

The Houston Business Journal reports The Gathering Place will be home to an approximately 32,000-square-foot Big Air trampoline park, a sports bar that’s about 13,000 square feet, a more than 100-room hotel, about 45,000 square feet of retail and an event center with about 11,500 square feet of indoor space plus a landscaped outdoor lawn.   

The first phase of the project will cost about $45 million, and the second phase, which will bring retail, is expected to cost approximately $20 million 

ARS Developers has other projects including a restaurant, retail and office development in Pflugerville, a flex-office/warehouse project in Pflugerville.
