Planet Hollywood, Chicken Guy Set Up Shop in Times Square

Manova Partners has added two restaurant tenants, open now, at 140 W. 42nd St. in Times Square. They include Planet Hollywood and Chicken Guy, a concept by celebrity chef Guy Fieri and restaurateur Robert Earl, which together have leased 16,982 square feet on a long-term basis.

Jeffrey Roseman, Drew Weiss, and Mark Leber of Newmark represented Manova Partners in the lease negotiations.

140 W. 42nd Street is a three-story condo, 16,982-square-foot building with ground-floor retail space situated below the Hilton Garden Inn. Manova Partners, which has $4 billion in assets under management, has owned and operated the building since 2014 through predecessor companies. The building is now fully leased.
