Plains All American Launches $2M HQ Renovation

Plains All American Pipeline LP has begun a $2.2 million renovation to its Houston headquarters at Three Allen Center, in downtown Houston. The city’s building permits show that renovations will be made to 333 Clay St., Suite 1400. The permit was issued to O’Donnell/Snider Construction.

Three Allen Center is part of the three-million-square-foot, three-building Allen Center, owned by Brookfield Properties. Brookfield is also in the midst of a $48.5 million renovation of all three buildings. The renovation is expected to be complete by the end of 2020.

Brookfield’s “Reimagining of Allen Center” project is currently in its second phase, which focuses on renovating Two and Three Allen Center.
