PlaceMe Acquires Bedly’s Boston Co-Living Portfolio

Boston-based co-living company PlaceMe has acquired Bedly’s Boston properties. PlaceMe is now Boston’s largest co-living company, with more than 150 fully-furnished bedrooms available for co-living. The sales price was not disclosed.

PlaceMe provides an affordable housing solution for students and young professionals looking for a flexible term stay. The firm will manage the utilities for the Bedly properties starting this month.

“We are very excited to expand our presence and service to become the largest co-living operator in Boston,” said Clara Arroyave, CEO of PlaceMe. “Over the next few weeks, we will be transitioning the properties and welcoming our new members to the PlaceMe community. Our goal is to make the process hassle-free.”
