Placemakr Adds ULI CEO to Board of Directors 

Placemakr, a DC-based flexible-use hospitality and multifamily operator, has added W. Edward Walter, former Global CEO of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), to its Board of Directors. 

Walter brings 20 years of experience as president and CEO of Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. “Ed will be crucial to our continued success as we look to expand into new markets and bring new experiences to guests and residents,” said Jason Fudin, CEO of Placemakr.  

“I’m excited to join the Placemakr team on its mission to create more flexible real estate. Placemakr’s commitment to delivering value to real estate partners is impressive,” Walter added.
