PK Industrial LLC renewed 91,000 square feet at 4800 Fidelity St. in Jacinto City, TX, on the Houston metro’s east side. The building is on Interstate 10, just east of Interstate 610.

Chris Caudill of NAI Partners represented PK Industrial during the negotiations, while landlord McCorvey Real Estate Holdings was advised by Eric Hughes of Centermark Commercial Real Estate. McCorvey owned the building since 2010.

The tenant is in the business of manufacturing and distributing fireproofing applicators, with products targeting the oil and gas markets, as well as the chemical industries. In addition to its Houston-area space, PK Industrial also has operations in Augusta, KS.
