Pizzuti and Molto Plan Spec Build in I-88 Submarket

The Pizzuti Companies and partner Molto Properties have announced plans for a new 274,000-square-foot speculative industrial building in Aurora, IL. Located on Mitchell Road in the I-88 submarket, the project will offer Interstate access and highway visibility.

Situated on approximately 16 acres and designed for both single-and multi-tenant users, the project is designed to provide flexibility to modern logistics users. The building will feature 32-foot clear heights, 52 loading docks, 49 trailer spaces, 238 car parking spaces, and LED lighting throughout the warehouse.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the early spring of 2019, with delivery scheduled in the third quarter of 2019. A CBRE team of David Prell and Jeff Kapcheck will handle leasing for the development.

The announcement comes just two weeks after Pizzuti announced plans for another spec industrial project, this one to be developed in West Jefferson, OH, near Columbus.
